WHAT IS CHOCOMELT?<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

CHOCOMELT is a compact unit, designed and manufactured by FECOATEC, for the proper melting, mixing, storing and dosing of food products such us chocolate, fats or spreading cocoa creams.<\/p>\n

It is a completely custom-made unit, designed according to production and process features.<\/p>\n

It is made up of different tanks, for product mixing, product melting, buffer and an integrated CIP system, that allow to do CIP automatically.<\/p>\n

It is remarkable the high quality degree in manufacturing, the completely customized design according to customer \u0301s needs and the hygienic design of it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

From small to big productions, with mixing and melting
\ncapacity of \u00a0up to 1.000 kg\/h.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Tank capacities up to 25.000 litres.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is the ideal solution for melting of products such us coins\/drops of chocolate, and the mixing of chocolate or other fats with different ingredients such us: flour, sugar or in liquid phase such us: butter or fats, in a controlled and automatic way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once the product is correctly mixed and melted, it is automatically transferred to a buffer tank of the installation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

All the zones where product recirculate are later and automatically washed by CIP cycle.<\/p>\n

It is remarkable the high efficiency in mixing and melting of ingredients, the high grade of automatization and the high cleaning degree achieved of the installation.<\/p>\n

Each parameter of CHOCOMELT is adjustable from touch screen HMI that controls the complete installation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
